Kaileigh Nall MS, CCC-SLP
Kaileigh grew up in Prescott and has worked as a speech-language pathologist for over 6 years in a variety of settings including: pediatric private practice, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation.
She uses a naturalistic, child-led approach to therapy that incorporates the unique interests of the child. This approach maximizes engagement and participation during speech and feeding therapy.
Kaileigh uses strategies to regulate the child’s sensory system in order to focus on the skills being targeted in therapy.
Kaileigh values collaborating with other medical professionals to determine the root cause of the speech and/or feeding disorder.
Kaileigh is experienced in providing clinical assessment and treatment of children and infants with medical complexities. She is a certified SOFFI professional (Supporting Oral Feeding in Infants) and has extensive hours of continuing education specific to pediatric feeding disorders. She is also currently in the process of becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC).
In her free time, Kaileigh enjoys being outdoors with her husband Tate and dog Bronco as well as spending time with her family and friends. Kaileigh has always enjoyed being involved in the community of Prescott and co-founded the non-profit program Teens’ Closet with her mother Krystal Koons.
Katie McAndrew M. Ed., SLPA
Katie grew up in Arizona and has been local to the quad-city area for 4 years now. She has been working as a speech-language pathologist assistant for over 9 years in a variety of settings including: school districts, home health, and an outpatient pediatric clinic. Katie has recently completed her master’s degree at Northern Arizona University in Special Education with a Positive Behavior Support emphasis.
She uses a child-led approach to therapy to assist in the development and expansion of the child’s social, emotional, and physical well-being. Katie is versed in providing therapy for children and young adults of all ages with a variety of needs including articulation and phonology, social skills, fluency, and language.
Katie is family-centered and loves spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys reading and dabbles in painting during her free time. She has volunteered and directed Vacation Bible School for multiple years and has been a part of the Love Without Boundaries nonprofit organization for 6 years.
Shea Carnes MS, CCC-SLP
Shea was proudly raised in Prescott, AZ, and has over four years of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist with elementary-age children in the school setting. She is well-versed in communication disorders present in youth.
Shea places relationship-building with her clients as her top priority, in order to best engage and connect with the children she serves. She encourages her clients to have fun by following their lead, ensuring speech therapy is play-based so children are never bored or frustrated. Shea loves emphasizing each child’s strengths, helping children realize the power of their communication, and partnering with families to help parents foster a home environment that will allow speech and language skills to thrive.
In her free time, Shea enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her two adored pups. Her hobbies include camping, reading, and traveling to new destinations.

We are deeply committed to helping each child find their voice and supporting families to share the nourishment of both food and love at the table, creating lifelong bonds that strengthen emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
Inspire customizes the therapeutic environment to best fit the individual needs of the child and family. Therapy takes place in-home, outside, at local parks, libraries, and/or restaurants. A family-centered approach is used to involve and educate caregivers, instilling confidence and the skills needed to carryover what is established in therapy.
